£500 flat per referral for any deal of 1 to 4 seats — so a 1-seat referral earns you £500, and so does a 4-seat one. From seat 5 onward, each additional seat adds £125. So a 5-seat referral earns £625, a 6-seat £750, a 10-seat £1,250, and a 20-seat £2,500. No upper limit on seats — bigger deals always earn more.
Depends on how your referral pays Atlas. If they take an annual contract, your reward lands at the end of that quarter — Atlas processes referral payouts quarterly, so the wait is between a few days and a few weeks. If they pay monthly, your reward lands when they reach month 6 with Atlas. You pick at sign-up whether it comes as account credit or bank transfer.
Nothing happens. There's no penalty, no awkward follow-up from us, and no impact on your account. You're welcome to keep referring other recruiting agencies.
